Before proceeding with the process, a Landlord needs to make sure that the pet is actually in the property.  Once they have knowledge that it is living there,  they can send them a 7 Day Notice.  It is important that that it contains specific information including:

  1.  an unauthorized pet is living in the property
  2. a pet requires approval of the Landlord
  3. they have 7 days to remove the pet.  Failure to do so may result in an Eviction.
